Shipping policy

We want you to be thrilled with every Seconds Club purchase — that’s why we’ve made our shipping process simple, reliable, and fully tracked.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. We carefully prepare your order and hand it over to our courier within 1–2 business days. You’ll then get your tracking number so you can track your parcel.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We currently use NZ POST and DHL to send our packages.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders receive free shipping.

TRACKING

Every Seconds Club order is shipped with full tracking and insurance, so you always know where your item is and it’s protected in transit. If you have any tracking questions, just reach out to us!
