Due to the nature of the consignment, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you are not happy with the condition of the pre-loved item. You agree to the condition of the piece when you purchase, condition notes clearly state the quality of each bag.

Due to the nature of preloved jewellery, sunglasses and watches, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of fit. This includes ring sizing, bracelet length, watch strap length, and wrist compatibility. We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements listed in the product description before purchasing, and reaching out to us prior to buying if you have any fit-related questions.

Please expect general wear if the item that you are purchasing is pre-loved/vintage and buy the item accepting its vintage/used state. Please note all sales are final with pre-owned/vintage items.

We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold through Seconds Club. Should any item be proven inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
