Where are your items sourced from?
All Seconds Club pieces are sourced through trusted international partners, primarily in Japan, where strict resale laws ensure high standards of authenticity and condition.
Each item is carefully selected for quality, condition, and character.
Are your bags new or second-hand?
All items sold by Seconds Club are second-hand / pre-loved.
This means:
Some signs of wear may be present
Each piece has its own unique history
Condition details are always clearly described on the product page
We believe pre-loved luxury deserves transparency — what you see is exactly what you receive.
How do you describe condition?
We provide detailed condition descriptions and photos for every item.
Any signs of wear — such as marks, scuffs, patina, or hardware wear — will be clearly noted and photographed.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the one-of-one nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

How long does shipping take?

International: 5–15 business days
