At Seconds Club, we take care in every step from sourcing to delivery. All orders are sent express, securely packed, fully tracked, and insured for peace of mind.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM NZST are processed the same day. After 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays, processing begins the next business day.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All times are estimates, delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

• New Zealand: 1–3 business days
  NZ deliveries are sent overnight (North Island). Rural and South Island delivery times may vary.
• Australia: 3–7 business days
  Sent express by NZ Post or DHL
• International: 5–10 business days
  Sent express by NZ Post, Fedex or DHL

We cover duties and taxes for Australia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We can update addresses only before an order ships contact us immediately if you spot an error.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order is marked as delivered but can't be found, or appears lost in transit, contact us right away. We'll lodge an investigation with the courier.
